WILDCAT REGISTRATION

ELIGIBILITY
Club members must be homeschooled* and meet the age requirements listed below. At the discretion of the coaches, players are allowed to "play up" one level above their age group. A player should pay the fees for the highest level at which he will participate. An initial $100 is due for all levels on October 1, 2011. The varying balance of fees (depending on the participant level) is due on October 25,2011.

1. Complete a Registration Form
and a Liability Release Form for EACH participant. (If registering more than one participant in the same family, Family Information may be completed once.) For Varsity Basketball Players sign the NCHBC Eligibility Statement.
2. Send completed forms along with $100 Registration Fee to:

5.  All Regular Season fees must be paid in full by October 25, 2011 to be eligible to participate.

* VARSITY ELIGIBILITY FOR NCHBC REGIONAL AND NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS
  • For Varsity players to be eligible to compete in the NCHBC  Regional and National Championships, 51% of their education must arrive from at least one of the following sources:
  • Taught at home by the player's parents, grandparents and/or legal guardian
  • Taught at home by an older sibling of at least 18 years of age.
  • Taught at home, or some one else's home by another homeschool parent tutor, provide that it is done under the player's parents' supervision.
  • Taught at a central location (i.e., homeschool co-op classes) by a homeschool parent or tutor, given that the player is still taught at least 51% by their parents, grandparents, and/or legal guardian regardless of location.
