Mike Jones has over 20 years experience coaching basketball for both boys and girls at multiple levels.  He has a track record of success and player development everywhere he’s coached.  Several of his former players have played collegiately and some of them are now coaching as well.  He has coached basketball teams for public schools in Arizona and Indiana.  In 2005, Mike founded and began coaching the AAU team Indiana Blizzard.  He began with one team and it grew to 19 teams by 2015.  Highlights include 3 Indiana Girls AAU state championships, numerous tournament victories, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place finishes at AAU Nationals, and scholarship offers for 19 of his 2014 and 2015 team players.  This summer, he coached the Wildcat girls in Central Indiana’s Lady Mac tournament, ending with a record of 11-1.  Mike and his wife, DeeDee, have two children, Carissa and Robert, who play for the Wildcats, and another Wildcat player, Michael, lives with them.  Mike works as a hotel manager, and in his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, playing games, watching movies, and listening to podcasts for Emmanuel Church and his favorite sports teams.
